Can I return custom-made packaging?
No. The right to withdraw from a distance purchase agreement does not apply to goods that have been manufactured according to your individual instructions or clearly tailored to your needs.
This includes packaging where dimensions, construction, printing, materials, or other parameters were selected according to your preferences or configured using the SUPERBOX configurator. This exception is provided for in consumer rights regulations.
