Can I return or exchange a defective box?


1. Quality Products

Products can be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are unused, undamaged, in the original packaging, and complete. Custom-made or specially tailored products cannot be returned. Returns must be arranged by the buyer at their own expense, ensuring the product is properly packaged.

2. Return Process for Quality Products

First, send a written request by email to support@superbox.lt, including your order details and the invoice for the refund. Refunds will only be issued once we have received the products and verified that they meet the return conditions.

3. Defective Products

If a product is defective due to our fault, it will be replaced or the payment refunded. SUPERBOX is not responsible for damage caused by improper storage conditions.

4. Return Process for Defective Products

First, send a written request with photos of the product and a description of the defects by email to support@superbox.lt. Refunds or replacements will only be processed after the products are received and inspected.
