DELIVERY INFORMATION

COURIER DELIVERY TO HOME OR OFFICE:

Fast and reliable high-quality delivery of your order is ensured by our partners Venipak. In certain cases, goods may be delivered through other couriers. 

The price of courier delivery depends on the total weight and volume of the purchased goods. The price in the shopping cart is calculated automatically. If the delivery price seems too high to you, we offer free pick-up of the goods at our physical store in Kaunas or contact us for alternative pick-up or delivery options.

Delivery of goods to the Neringa (Curonian Spit) has special pricing: +40 EUR (excl. VAT) to the shipping price indicated in the shopping cart.

Exceptional pricing for deliveries to Saaremaale and Hiiumaale: +50 EUR (excl. VAT) to the shipping price indicated in the shopping cart.

Venipak Standard 

Orders for standard goods (without individual printing) are usually delivered on Mondays. For example, if you place an order before 12:00 on Thursday, the package will be delivered after 2 working days (on Monday). Orders placed after 12:00 on Thursday will be delivered after 7 working days. Goods marked with the "Ordered product" flag and boxes with individual printing are delivered within 12-20 working days of order confirmation.

Venipak Express (Lithuania, Latvia)

Standard goods are delivered by courier on the next working day if they are ordered and paid for (payment must be credited) before 12:00 p.m. If the order is placed after 12:00 p.m., the goods are shipped the next business day and delivered the next business day after shipping. Goods marked with the "Ordered product" flag and boxes with individual printing are delivered within 10-18 working days of order confirmation.

Venipak Express (Estonia)

Standard goods are delivered by courier in 2 working days if they are ordered and paid for (payment must be credited) before 12:00 p.m. If the order is placed after 12:00, the goods are delivered in 3 working days. Goods marked with the "Ordered product" flag and boxes with individual printing are delivered within 10-18 working days of order confirmation.

You will be informed about the estimated delivery time and tracking number by SMS and/or e-mail.

Goods may be received only by the person who placed the order or by the person specified at the time of placing the order. When receiving your order, it is necessary to have an identification document (ID card, passport or driving license) with you. We can also deliver the goods to the person specified by you.

If you notice that the packaging is damaged upon receipt of the shipment, immediately notify the courier who delivered the shipment and write a report on the damage. If you accept the ordered goods and sign the consignment document without comments, the consignment is considered to have been delivered in order.

Please note that you will be responsible for unloading the goods delivered on the pallet from the courier vehicle to your home or office if you have made a bulk purchase.

PICK UP FROM THE PHYSICAL STORE:

In the physical store Raudondvario pl. 150, Kaunas, LT-47175, you can pick up the goods for free.

Orders placed by 12:00 p.m. are usually ready for collection on the same business day. We will send you a confirmation email as soon as the order is ready for collection. Be sure to get an email before your arrival!

Also, we have all the samples in our physical store, so you can come and buy the boxes from us in the store.
