White XL Size Custom Insert for Large Boxes

We will design and manufacture an insert for your set of items. Insert color - white.
Size: XL – designed for large product sets or bundles, for example, glasses, a bottle of drink, gourmet snacks.
NOTE: Insert construction will only start when specific items that needs packing are present!

If an item set containing products of various forms and sizes needs packing we recommend getting an individual insert to the box. This way product will stay in one place and will not move inside the package.
Process of ordering a service:
1. The customer sends the items he wants to pack to us. The shipping fee is paid by the customer.
2. One of our constructors creates a prototype of the package and sends photos of it via email for approval. If there is a need of testing out the insert with the actual products we can send the insert to the customer at it's own expense.
3. Any kind of corrections to the insert are possible through the process of creation.
4. The production starts only when a final approval is given by the customer.

Silk-screen Printing
We can apply a one or two-color logo onto the packaging lid using silk-screen printing. This is a high-quality printing method that ensures vibrant colors and durability.
How to submit your files?
You will be able to upload your files in the shopping cart after adding the items. You can provide either just the logo file or a fully prepared layout:
- If providing only the logo: A vector file (in AI, EPS, or PDF format).
- If providing a layout: A PDF file featuring a rectangle representing the lid dimensions with the vector logo inside (at the desired size and position).
Technical Requirements
- Format: Vector files only (converted to curves/outlines).
- Colors: Precise Pantone color codes must be specified.
- Scale: 1:1.
